The Firmament is Real (and That Changes Everything)
Genesis 1 says God created a firmament — a dome — that separates the waters above from the waters below. Most people think it’s a metaphor, or an ancient mistake. But I don’t.

The more I look into it, the more it makes sense. NASA admits there are layers in the atmosphere they can’t get past. Rockets don’t go straight up — they curve. We don’t have real, uncut footage from space. Why is that?
The Bible is filled with references to the heavens being stretched like a tent, or a molten mirror. Even ancient cultures across the world described the sky as a dome. Could they all be wrong? Or were they observing something real?
If the firmament exists, then so do the waters above. That would explain the blue sky, the rainbow, the floodgates mentioned in Noah’s story. The firmament makes this world feel enclosed, protected, and purposeful. Not floating in chaos, but grounded in design.
And above the firmament? God’s throne. Heaven. A higher realm, not billions of lightyears away, but just beyond the veil.
